System Administrator at Karolinska University Hospital

About the position
As a system administrator with us, you will play a key role in developing and managing the accounting system Raindance. You will work operationally with tasks such as daily reconciliations, user support, version upgrades, and participation in monthly closings.
A part of the role involves improvement and working together with the business to identify needs, drive change, and participate in development projects that make a real difference. With us, you will be part of an engaged team that collaborates closely to create effective and sustainable solutions in an environment where development is a focus.
This advertisement refers to a temporary position lasting one year. For the right person, there is a possibility that the employment will transition to a permanent position.
We are looking for someone who
- takes initiative and drives their work forward with commitment and curiosity
- has good analytical skills and enjoys solving problems in a structured way
- collaborates well with others and contributes to a positive work environment
- works independently and takes responsibility for completing their tasks
- plans and organizes their work effectively and finds it easy to keep order even in complex tasks.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school education within a college preparatory program, preferably in economics, technology (IT), or natural sciences
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- At least 1 year of experience in system administration
- Experience in user support and incident management
Meritorious:
- Previous role as an administrator of business systems, especially Raindance
- Education and experience in accounting processes supported by Raindance, such as customer and supplier accounts, projects, closings, reporting, and assets
- Knowledge of e-invoices and integration with invoice exchanges
- Experience in purchasing processes and working with RPA
- Post-secondary education in Economics or IT (data/system science)
- Experience in file-based system integration
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in requirements and testing methodology, project work, and working in larger organizations.
